On a cool December Friday, the BAAD Motorsports Team hosted a sponsor and fan appreciation event at Sunshine Speedway. The day began with the team's welcome to everyone and our sincere thanks for their support throughout the season. After that, everyone had a chance to take a "Thrill Ride." | |

Nearly everyone took the opportunity to suit up
and become a passenger in a specially modified late model race car.
They enjoyed several laps around the 1/4 mile asphalt oval, traveling
at race speeds. Sponsors and fans got to
see the 2000 Open Wheel Modified up close and preview the 2001 Late
Model.

We even had a few who wanted to try out the seating in the #17 Open Wheel Modified. Following a lunch catered by Pit Boss BBQ of Palm Harbor, Florida, the team publicly recognized the importance of the support received this year from some of our guests. |

The excitement of riding in a real race car left many with a new appreciation of racing. We heard a few comments that some of our friends and sponsors were hooked more than ever on racing. We're glad they enjoyed themselves and look forward to long term partnerships with each of them. |
