The evening turned out to be less exciting than expected when the #17 Open Wheel Modified developed transmission problems resulting from a solenoid in the switch overheating.  Unfortunately, we did not get to qualify or race tonight. It was, however, a good opportunity for us to work the bugs out of our race set up for this track for future races.  We did get several practice sessions in to test gearing prior to the transmission problems.  We're looking forward to returning Auburndale for another race.
