Our Modular EFI Test Components are engineered for plug-n-play with the Sensor Side Connectors and ECM Side Connectors for simple configuration of custom test devices or tools.
To build a complete device you need one Sensor Side Connector, one Modular Test Component and one ECM side Connector.

OEM Style H-D O2 Connector 

This connector plugs into an OEM HD O2 sensor.

By matching this connector with a our Modular Test Components, you can create a variety of test devices to assist in the troubleshooting or tuning of any EFI bike.

The standard Modular Test Component connector is a 2-position connector. Optional connectors are Solder Tail, 1/4" Spade, Crimp

Narrow Band AFR Gauge
10 LED Display

This very simple kit will show the fuel mixtures being run. It can be used as a tuning tool, help in vehicle modification or simply to see ECM behavior.
Add an exhaust bung and use a single wire O2 sensors on your carburetor or early EFI bike, or use the Center Tap Output for late model HD's.
10 LEDs show mixtures rich, lean and normal.

Front/Rear Cylinder Narrow Band AFR Monitor

Our dual cylinder narrow band AFR monitor is designed to allow riders to keep track of both cylinder at the same time. The unique over/under gauge design will pinpoint differences in the cylinder balance unlike any other instrument or gauge package on the market today.

Wide Band AFR Gauge

We offer a variety of Wide Band AFR Gauges for use with the LC-1 WBO2 upgrade or other wide band sensors. Contact us for availability and pricing.

LC-1 WBO2 Sensor Upgrade - 

Normally narrow and wide band sensor technology is not compatible with each other. This is not the case with the Innovate Motorsport LC-1. The LC-1 WBO2 Upgrade is a complete wideband controller built in to a sealed cable. It features the same award-winning patented digital measurement principal found in the LM-2, and includes digital input, output, and 2 user programmable analog outputs.

Nightrider is uniquely qualified to take advantage of the user programmable capabilities of the LC-1 to emulate Narrow Band O2 sensor output for motorcycles and automobiles. We can currently provide connectors to the HD wiring harness.


 
IED Test Set - 
Test set for the old IED products, connecting to both ends for accurate measurements. Acts like the O2 sensor and provides voltage to the IEDs, measures the voltage at the HD wiring harness side.

User must supply two AA batteries and a voltmeter

OEM style H-D O2 Sensor Connector Repair -
Now you can repair a damaged connector or wire on OEM HD O2 sensors. The connector repair kit has a new assembled connector, attached wires and two crimp connectors. It is very important that you use crimp connectors on an O2 sensor wire repair to allow fresh air to get into the sensor.

OEM Style H-D O2 Harness Connector Repair -
Now you can repair a damaged connector on the OEM wiring harness to your O2 sensor. The connector repair kit has a new assembled connector, attached wires and two crimp connectors. Just crimp on the new connector and your repair is complete.
H-D Power Tap/ATM Fuse Tap - 
Add a fused circuit to your Harley or automobile without cutting the wiring harness so you can install aftermarket electrical equipment safely and neatly. Simply remove a fuse from the fuse panel in your Harley or any other ATM Fuse Panel. Install the Fuse Tap. Place the original fuse in the bottom fuse position and a new fuse in the top position. The top pigtail is your new fused circuit. Simple and safe!

-Air Fuel Ratio's (AFR) represented for these products are based on exhaust gas temperatures (EGT) of 1400-1500 F. Cooler EGT during startup, cooler weather or during some dyno testing with cooling fans can result in .5 to .8 leaner AFR's. This is normal due to the way unheated narrow band O2 sensors react to changing EGT's. The "hotter" the engine gets, the better the IED's actually work.
